Social Media Content Creator

ANDY Corporation is looking for a creative and motivated Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content that strengthens our online presence, promotes our brand, and connects with our audience across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable creating short-form videos, taking photos, and developing content that reflects our company culture and the transportation, logistics, and supply chain industries.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form videos, Reels, photos, and promotional content.
• Develop creative ideas to showcase our drivers, employees, company culture, fleet, and services.
• Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
• Write engaging captions and adapt content to suit different platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and industry-related topics to generate new content ideas.
• Monitor comments across various social media platforms and help maintain positive engagement with our audience.
• Collaborate with teams on recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and company initiatives.
• Track content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and professional image.

What We're Looking For

• Experience and a passion for creating social media content for personal or professional accounts.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Basic video editing and photo editing skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Instagram Edits, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
• Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• An active Instagram, TikTok, or other social media account showcasing your creativity is an asset.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content, including personal or professional social media posts, videos, or Reels, are considered an asset.
• An interest in transportation, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, fleet services, or employer branding is an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
