What You'll Do

• Using Flick to create engaging, original content for Flick across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms.
• Own social media content creation and execution, from brainstorming ideas and spotting trends to producing and publishing posts.
• Stay on top of internet culture, viral trends, and AI creative tools, turning them into fun, culturally relevant content.
• Turn Flick's product features, creator stories, and AI films into compelling short-form videos, memes, carousels, and social posts.
• Support and execute social campaigns, product launches, and major announcements.
• Experiment with content formats and distribution strategies to grow engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with creators, partners, and communities to amplify great content and grow Flick's presence.

• AI-native. You're familiar with AI creative tools and excited to experiment with new ways of creating content.
• Strong sense of taste. You know the difference between generic corporate content and something that feels fresh, authentic, and culturally relevant.
• Bonus: Experience growing social accounts, creating short-form videos, working at startups, or participating in AI creator communities.
