DIGITAL SALES STRATEGIST

WPSD-TV the most watched TV station in the Paducah KY DMA is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Digital Sales Strategist to expand and add to our digital advertising business and help local and regional businesses grow.

This is a business-development position focused on identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and delivering effective digital marketing solutions.

You'll work independently to develop new business while collaborating with WPSD-TV's existing broadcast sales representatives to expand digital opportunities among current customers.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new digital advertising business.

• Work with existing WPSD television sales representatives and their customers.

• Develop customized digital marketing strategies.

• Present and sell streaming, OTT/CTV, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, programmatic, geotargeting, online video, and other digital advertising solutions.

• Build long-term client relationships and grow recurring revenue.

• Monitor campaign performance and communicate measurable results.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales and business-development ability.

• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Understanding of digital advertising and online marketing.

• Confidence working with business owners and decision-makers.

• A competitive, self-motivated approach to achieving revenue goals.

Media sales or digital marketing experience preferred. A demonstrated ability to develop business and produce results is essential.

This is an in-office position.

Compensation: Salary plus commission.
